Join The Tibetan Meditations For Anxiety And Stress Workshop

A Special Workshop led by Geshe Lobsang Tenzin Negi, Ph.D. on Tibetan Meditations for Anxiety and Stress will be offered on Saturday, August 12 from 2pm-5pm. For millennia meditation has been an integral practice for many major spiritual traditions. The Tibetan Buddhist tradition, in particular, has developed some of the most sophisticated techniques for enhancing well-being and inner peace. In this three hour intensive workshop, Geshe Logsang Tenzin will explore those Tibetan Meditations for eliminating and reducing stress and anxiety in our challenging times.  

Cost: $100 per registrant. Registration limited to 50.
