Ten Commandments for Bluegrass Beginners

A Hampton Arts Education Program

SATURDAY, JANUARY 25 from 1–4PM
FREE; The American Theatre

In conjunction with the Coastal Virginia Bluegrass and Brew Festival, guests (ages 8+) are encouraged to participate in this free, interactive art immersion consisting of three 45-minute workshops that journey through the bluegrass tradition.

Instruction and demonstrations will be provided by Adam & Mikayla and The Bluegrass Tradition.

• 1:15-2pm | Etiquette for Pickers and Grinners (Lecture Hall)
• 2:15-3pm | Kids on Bluegrass (Lecture Hall)
• 3:15-3:45pm | Pick Along Jam Session (Studio Theatre)
• 3:45-4pm | Q&A Wrap Up (Studio Theatre)
