Box Office Information

The American Theatre Box Office will be closed Friday, December 22 and Monday, December 25 for the Christmas holiday.

Tickets may be purchased for events at The American Theatre through the following convenient methods. 

Please Note: The American Theatre Box Office, the Hampton Coliseum Box Office and Ticketmaster are the only authorized sellers of tickets to events held at The American Theatre. The American Theatre is not responsible for tickets purchased anywhere other than Ticketmaster or through The American Theatre and Hampton Coliseum Box Offices and will not honor, exchange or refund duplicate, counterfeit or invalid tickets.

Tickets for The American Theatre are also available for purchase in person at the Hampton Coliseum Box Office.

Will Call

Tickets left for Will Call may be picked up 24hrs after purchase or anytime the day of the event through show time. Tickets remaining at Will Call after the event starts, will not be resold. Refunds will not be given for tickets not picked up.

Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order, a photo ID, and the order number. Tickets will only be issued to the person in whose name the tickets were purchased. Call Ticketmaster at 1-800-653-8000 to add an alternate pickup name to tickets purchased through Ticketmaster online or purchased over the phone.

The Will Call window is located just inside the doors at the main side entrance.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available for patrons requiring use of a wheelchair. Tickets may be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com, by phone at Ticketmaster Charge by Phone at 1-800-745-3000, and in person at Ticketmaster Outlets, The American Theatre Box Office and the Hampton Coliseum Box Office. When purchasing accessible seating, it is important to be specific and indicate that you require wheelchair accessible. Should you need other assistance with seating, please contact the Box Office and we will gladly assist you.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available upon request for any denomination. Paid gift certificates are good towards any event and are valid for one year. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates must be presented to the box office in order to be redeemed.
